We ship to all over the world
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, and the health safety measures put in place to protect our distribution and delivery teams, our deliveries may take longer than normal to reach you.
We hope you can sympathize with us as the situation is out of our reach. 
Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 5-10 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 15 days after your order was placed.

Processing Time is the timeline for an order to be manufactured and packed, and delivered to the shipping carrier. After payment is complete, your order will ship within [7-14] days depending on your shipping method. 
* Shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 states. We do not offer Priority or Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, UK or Australia

PRIORITY
Priority and Express orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM CT. If the order is placed after 1:00 CT then add one additional day.
We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on sale merchandise because sale merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship. Item must be in stock. Backorder items will ship on or about their expected ship date. There is a small chance that certain backorders may be cancelled, based on demand, in which case refund will be issued the same day the order is canceled. Refunds usually reflect in 5-10 business days.
Where We Ship
UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business day after they are placed unless the items are backorder. Backorder items ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page.
We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS or USPS. Orders arrive within 7-10 business days unless Priority or Express shipping was selected.
HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 7 business days.
US VIRGIN ISLANDS, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, UK or Australia CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the DHL.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Shipping Procedures
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS or UPS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your customer account.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

For many years, I braided hair and stopped braiding over 12 years. I didn't want to braid hair anymore. When my son Sipp left, I went into a deep depression once again, crying out to God the same prayer. Lord, help me stay focused. Once again, I picked up another comb. That's the Day God inspired me to become Braids By MamaSipp. I don't understand my purpose, Lord. I gave you this gift many years ago, and you walked away; you asked again, and I gave it back. Now you are crying out to me again, ready to walk away. Years ago, you didn't understand your purpose, so I gave you this gift. I took you through everything I took you through so you can understand your strength. "You Can't Break A Woman Who Gets Her Strength From God." Remember, I gave you that to prepare you for what's coming. God, I'm understanding now. Every time I do anyone's hair, I pray before getting started. Braiding isn't something I woke up and said I wanted to do. God blessed my hands. Watching my mother fight Breast Cancer inspired me to start BBMS Organic Products.
