3.Why did the order number just create a USPS label, but when I ask for the USPS, they said that the seller did not ship?
Currently, package is in transit and hasn't arrived in your country only USA orders arrive with USPS tracking. As soon as it arrived in your country, your local branch of USPS  would record it online and tracking information would also be updated.
4.Why I didn't receive all my items, I missing some items in my order?
Your order may be split into several packages, some items could be shipped in another package and still on the way to you.
