How long will it take to receive my spectacular order?

  • Shipping: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring the BBMS experience to our global community soon!

Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast to get your items to you! If you need to make a change, please contact us at [bbmsproduct@gmail.com] within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to feel Bold and confident in your purchase. If your item isn't Spectacular, we do not offer refunds or returns.

How do you ensure product quality? Every item at BBMS goes through a rigorous selection process. If it isn't high-quality (Magnificent) and aesthetically pleasing (Beautiful), it doesn't make it onto our site.

FAQ:
1. Why is my tracking number invalid?

We have sent out your order already. Because of the current COVID-19 outbreaks, the express information will be updated after the package arrives in your country. USA customers' orders will arrive sooner, so do not worry, you can check the tracking information after 1-2 days. If the status has not been updated after the time, please contact us again. 


2. Why has my order number not updated for a long time?

Thanks for shopping from BBMS. We already sent your package out. Please don’t worry. Due to recent international logistics issues, tracking information can only be updated once it arrives in your destination country. Flat rate shipping often takes 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Also, because of the current COVID-19 outbreaks, all packages may encounter a 7-10-day delay. 


3. Why did the order number just create a USPS label, but when I asked for the USPS, they said that the seller did not ship?

Currently, the package is in transit and hasn't arrived in your country. Only USA orders arrive with USPS tracking. As soon as it arrived in your country, your local branch of USPS  would record it online, and tracking information would also be updated.


4.Why didn't I  receive all my items? Am I  missing some items in my order?

Your order may be split into several packages; some items could be shipped in another package and still be on the way to you. Or they were out of stock and have been cancelled, the refund was issued to the account you paid with for this order. If that's not the case, please contact our customer service for checking.


5.Can I get a refund if I order the wrong item?
