EXCHANGE

 

Due to Covid-19, we will not be accepting returns. Items must be exchanged by our damaged and issues policy. 

We have  7 days return damage policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item, reporting damage or defectiveness to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be defective or damaged and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

To exchange an item, please email customer service at contactsupport@ bbmsproduct@gmail.com to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. After receiving a EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and BBMS will provide the return mailing address via email.

  

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

NO REFUNDS

 

After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We ship to all over the world
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, and the health safety measures put in place to protect our distribution and delivery teams, our deliveries may take longer than normal to reach you.
We hope you can sympathize with us as the situation is out of our reach. 
Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 5-10 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 15 days after your order was placed.

PRIORITY
Priority and Express orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM CT. If the order is placed after 1:00 CT then add one additional day.
We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for expedited shipping methods on sale merchandise because sale merchandise is in very limited supply and it may take additional days to process and ship. Item must be in stock. Backorder items will ship on or about their expected ship date. There is a small chance that certain backorders may be cancelled, based on demand, in which case refund will be issued the same day the order is canceled. Refunds usually reflect in 5-10 business days.

UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business day after they are placed unless the items are backorder. Backorder items ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page.
We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS or USPS. Orders arrive within 7-10 business days unless Priority or Express shipping was selected.
HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx and arrive within 7 business days.
US VIRGIN ISLANDS, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, UK or Australia CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our international shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the DHL.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS
The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via DHL from our facilities to our shipping station in Connecticut where the merchandise will be inspected and then reshipped out to you via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

1. Why my tracking number is invalid?
We have sent out your order already, because of the current Convid-19 outbreaks, the express information will be updated after the package arrives in your country USA customers order will arrive sooner, so do not worry, you can check the tracking information after 1-2 days, if the status did not been updated after the time, please contact us back again. 
2.Why is my order number not updated for a long time?
Thanks for shopping from BBMS. We already sent your package out, please don’t worry. Due to recent international logistics issue, tracking information can only update once it arrives in your destination country. Flat rate shipping often takes 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Also because of the current Convid-19 outbreaks, all packages may encounter a 7-10 days delay. 
3.Why did the order number just create a USPS label, but when I ask for the USPS, they said that the seller did not ship?
Currently, package is in transit and hasn't arrived in your country only USA orders arrive with USPS tracking. As soon as it arrived in your country, your local branch of USPS  would record it online and tracking information would also be updated.
4.Why I didn't receive all my items, I missing some items in my order?
Your order may be split into several packages, some items could be shipped in another package and still on the way to you. Or they were out of stock and have been cancelled, the refund was issued to the account you paid with this order. If that's not the case, please contact our customer service for checking.
5.Can I get a refund if I order the wrong item?
